WE NEED YOUR
HELP!!!

The 9th Airlift Squadron will be selling
pizza and drinks at the OSC Craft Show to benefit our booster club.
This event provides much of the money used to fund the great events
our squadron puts on each year! Please help us by
volunteering to work a two-hour shift in the booth on show day
(Saturday, November 1st)!!! Email or call Lori for more information:
llheinrich@hotmail.com,
883-3091.
You can also help us by providing a 12-pack
of Coke, Diet Coke or water for sale at our booth. Drinks can
be dropped off at the squadron.
Thanks!!!

New Book Helps
Children Through Deployment...
"Deployment Journal for Kids," a new book to be released July 1, gives
children a special place to record feelings and events during a
loved one's military deployment. The book was written by Rachel
Robertson, an early childhood educator and military mom. The
companion website for the book at
http://www.deploymentkids.com offers time zone and distance
calculators, games, and tips for children on getting through the
deployment.
